Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of oriantirs.com and booking of driving instruction.
1. Provider

Legal representative: Maria Petersen. This info is provided before any order under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 3 вересня 2015 року № 675-VIII (ст. 7).
2. Services & Eligibility
Driving instruction. Participant must hold a valid learner permit and meet legal age. We are not a state or MVS body. Accreditation/licence number, issuer and validity are published on our site. Consumer rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10 червня 2023 року № 3153-IX. Pre-contract info includes service description, price, terms, duration, complaint procedure.
3. Booking & Payments
Bookings confirmed upon payment. Prices in UAH include all taxes. Payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel up to 24h before session for full refund. Later cancellations may forfeit fee. Refunds within 14 days.
5. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Contact contact@oriantirs.com or +380 968 999 0139. We respond within 30 days. You may appeal to state consumer-protection authority and court under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10 червня 2023 року № 3153-IX.
6. Personal Data & Cookies
Processing under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 1 червня 2010 року № 2297-VI. Forms require consent and privacy notice. Non-essential cookies set only after prior, informed, freely given consent with equally visible refuse option and withdrawal ability (ст. 6, 8).
7. Language & Advertising
Consumer info available in Ukrainian per Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» від 25 квітня 2019 року № 2704-VIII. Claims substantiated per Закон України «Про рекламу» від 3 липня 1996 року № 270/96-ВР. Driver training accreditation under Закон України «Про дорожній рух» від 30 червня 1993 року № 3353-XII.
