1. Private provider, not a state body

oriantirs.com is a driving school operated by PE oriantirs.com, EDRPOU 31541790, Kyiv. We are not the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police or a state service centre. Our certificates confirm training only; they are not government licences and give no right to drive. Driving rights are granted solely by the competent state authorities.

2. Accreditation

If driver training requires accreditation or a licence, its number, issuer and validity are published on this site. We never present ourselves as a state or MVS body, as required by Закон України «Про дорожній рух» від 30 червня 1993 року № 3353-XII and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 3 вересня 2015 року № 675-VIII (ст. 7).

3. Your responsibilities

Hold a valid driver's licence of the relevant category before practical driving and obey the traffic laws of Ukraine. Training does not exempt you from these duties.

4. Results vary

Progress depends on your preparation and on the examining authorities. We do not guarantee exam success, licence issuance or any specific result. Price and performance statements are substantiated and verifiable before publication (Закон України «Про рекламу» від 3 липня 1996 року № 270/96-ВР).

5. Complaints and rights

You may also complain to the state consumer-protection authority and to a court (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10 червня 2023 року № 3153-IX). Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 1 червня 2010 року № 2297-VI (ст. 6, 8); non-essential cookies require your prior consent, which you may refuse or withdraw.
